License renewal, RN: $81.00 every three years

Continuing Education Requirements:
For renewal of a three year license, 45 contact hours.
For renewal of a license that has been issued for less than three years, 30 contact hours.

When you fill it out you can go to the comments box and be very specific about what you are looking for. That form is then automatically forwarded to all of our Member agencies (about 20 of them) and if someone has a "fit" they will get back to you right away.
